How far in advance should I book my move?

For local moves, 1-2 weeks' notice is usually enough, though peak season (May-September) fills up faster. Long-distance and commercial moves are best booked 3-4 weeks out so we can lock in your ideal delivery window.

How does your pricing work?

Local moves are billed hourly with a crew-size-based rate quoted upfront. Long-distance moves are priced by shipment weight and distance. Either way, you get a written estimate before any work begins — no surprise fees on moving day.

Are my belongings insured during the move?

Yes. Every move includes basic released-value protection at no extra cost, and we offer full-value replacement coverage for an additional fee if you want complete peace of mind on higher-value items.

Do you provide packing materials, or do I pack myself?

Both are options. We offer full and partial packing services with professional-grade boxes and padding, or you can pack yourself and we'll sell you a packing kit sized to your home.

What's the difference between your storage options?

We offer both short-term storage (bridging the gap between move-out and move-in dates) and long-term climate-controlled storage, sized from a single-room unit up to a full commercial inventory.
